Enrollment Procedures & Forms

Register Now for 2nd Semester at MCoOL - starts January 27, 2009!

Step 1: Reserve your spot, register online

The first step to enrollment is to fill out a brief Online Registration form to Save Your Spot for the 2nd Quarter of the 2008-2009 school year.

Step 2: Complete Enrollment Application forms and gather required documents

Once registered online, fill out, print, and sign all required forms and gather required documents. New MCoOL students are required to submit all forms and documentation prior to enrollment at our school.

Full-Time (Comprehensive) Student
If you wish to enroll in MCoOL as a full-time student you will be required to complete the following forms and submit to MCoOL.

Part-Time (Supplementary) Student
If you wish to continue enrollment in your current school, but would like to take one or more courses from MCoOL as a part-time student, select either the 9-week (block) or 18-week (semester) enrollment option.

9-week (block)*:

* Courses offered on the 9-week block option are based on 90-hours of curriculum as are the 18-week semester courses.

18-week (semester):

Step 3: Mail or fax completed forms and documentation to MCoOL

Please note that all forms requiring a signature must be printed and signed before submitting.

Step 4: Select your online courses!

For students enrolling with MCoOL on a full-time basis, our guidance counselor will work with you to select and schedule your courses after all of your enrollment materials have been processed. Part-time students should work with their enrolling school's counselor to ensure they enroll in the correct online course.
