Please print and complete both of the Outing forms and send them to the MCoOL office. Forms must be received by the MCoOL office at least one week prior to a scheduled outing. Students who do not have the required Outing forms on file at the MCoOL office are not allowed to participate with the MCoOL group on the outing.
